Gabriel Landeskog Shines With Three-Point Night In Game 3
7 years agoColorado Avalanche left winger Gabriel Landeskog scored a goal and added two primary helpers in a crucial Game 3 win on Monday night. Landeskog displayed excellent vision in setting up both goals scored by Nathan MacKinnon, giving the Avalanche a 3-0 and then 4-0 lead in the second period. The 25-year-old's goal, an empty-netter, simply capped off his strong performance and solidified his team's victory. With five points in three playoff games thus far, Landeskog continues to build off a stellar comeback campaign in which he posted 25 goals and 37 assists in 78 regular season games. The Avalanche will look to their captain for more offensive production as the team looks to even up the series against Nashville on Wednesday.
