Marcus Morris Scores 20 Points Before Taking Hard Fall
7 years agoBoston Celtics power forward Marcus Morris came off the bench and scored 20 points on Wednesday. He did so in just 19 minutes, but with Kyrie Irving sitting out, the Celtics were in desperate need of scoring. Morris canned both of his three-point attempts and shot 6-for-9 from the field as well as at the foul line. He ended up leaving the game in the third quarter after dunking, taking some contact and falling hard on his hip. The Celtics are already hurting for depth, so Morris’ return will be greatly anticipated.
