BALLER MOVE: Target ~130
CURRENT ADP: 142.3
ANALYSIS: James Starks has found success as both a workhorse and a third-down, complementary back. The 2015 season was the best of Starks’ career, as he set new personal bests in both rushing and receiving yards while adding five touchdowns, another career-high.
Eddie Lacy’s weight battle has been well-documented over the past year, and it is not crazy to think he could once again be benched. Starks will not begin the season as the starter, but if you draft Lacy, Starks is a late-round must-pick. Even if you shy away from Lacy, you could still go after Starks on the off-chance he takes over the starting job. Being the top tailback in an Aaron Rodgers-led offense is never a bad thing.
