A.T. Perry 2024 Outlook: Opportunity Looms For Second-Year Wideout
6 months agoNew Orleans Saints' wide receiver A.T. Perry is a candidate to earn an expanded role in 2024. As a rookie, Perry caught 12 passes for 246 yards and four touchdowns. His strongest performance came in the last week of the season in which he grabbed three catches for 53 yards and two touchdowns, showing a glimpse of what he can be capable of in a full-time role. The vertical threat projects as a starter alongside Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed in three-wide sets with veteran Michael Thomas no longer on the team. Perry is practically free in fantasy drafts right now and while he does have to compete with Olave, Shaheed, Alvin Kamara, and Juwan Johnson for targets, he could see his target share expand in the event of an injury. It is more likely that he finds himself as a waiver wire pickup in-season, but be sure to grab him in dynasty leagues as he offers the potential for a second-year breakout in a room that is looking for a reliable option behind Olave.
