10 months agoBaltimore Orioles right-hander Kyle Bradish (elbow) will go on the injured list with a UCL sprain in his right elbow. The 27-year-old has received a platelet-rich plasma injection in his arm and will begin a throwing program on Friday. This is really scary news for anyone that was hoping to target Bradish in their fantasy drafts because if rest and rehab don't work, he'll likely need to have Tommy John surgery, which would cause him to miss the entire season. He had a breakout 2023 campaign with the O's, posting a 2.83 ERA and 1.04 WHIP with 168 strikeouts and 44 walks in 168 2/3 innings over his 30 starts, but he's off to a bad start already in 2024. Even with no injury in the picture, Bradish was a candidate for some regression this year after having a fortunate .270 BABIP.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
