Chuba Hubbard Rushes For 23 Yards In Week 10
1 year agoCarolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard carried the ball nine times for 23 yards and added two receptions for 16 yards in a 16-13 loss to the Chicago Bears in Week 10's Thursday night game. Hubbard didn't have a big game, although he did continue to play ahead of former starter Miles Sanders, who only saw two carries and two receptions in the loss. He got off to a decent enough start in the game with 15 rushing yards in the first quarter but Carolina went with a more pass-heavy approach after halftime as Hubbard only saw three carries for three yards in the second half of the game. Hubbard hasn't had a big game in a few weeks but he appears to have a tight grip on the No. 1 role in Carolina, which gives him fantasy value as a flex option moving forward. That being said, the entire Panthers offense could struggle to move the ball in Week 11's home matchup against a tough Dallas Cowboys defense.
