Should I Start Jared Goff for Fantasy Football?
Through six games, Detroit Lions' quarterback Jared Goff ranks as QB5 in most formats, fresh off a 353-yard, two-touchdown performance against the Buccaneers. Goff has attempted 35 passes in three of six games this year and has scored multiple touchdowns in four of six games.
The Ravens currently allow the fewest points to QBs this season, but they haven't faced many challenges other than an injured Joe Burrow in Week 2 and the debut of C.J. Stroud in Week 1. The Lions rank sixth in dropback success rate this year, and Goff is a safe play, ranking as a solid QB1 this week.
He is the QB10 in our PPR consensus staff rankings.
Should I Start Curtis Samuel for Fantasy Football?
Washington Commanders' wide receiver Curtis Samuel ended Week 6 with four catches for 42 yards and his second straight game with a touchdown for another solid outing. Samuel has surpassed 50 yards four times this year but hasn't had more than 65 yards in a game.
The former Buckeye ranks third in routes on the team (187) but second in targets (31). The Commanders run 11 personnel 71% of the time, creating plenty of opportunities for three-wide receiver sets. Facing the Giants, who allow the 12th most points to wide receivers this season, Samuel ranks as a low-end WR3/flex option for this week.
He is the WR34 in our PPR consensus staff rankings.
Should I Start Jordan Love for Fantasy Football?
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love is coming off his worst performance of the season on Monday Night, where he finished 16-of-30 for just 182 yards, with no touchdowns and three interceptions. This marked the first game this year in which Love failed to score multiple touchdowns, and it was his second straight game with at least two interceptions.
The new Packers' starting QB has a great matchup this week, as the Broncos allow the second-most points to quarterbacks this season. Zach Wilson and Jimmy Garoppolo were the only QBs to throw for less than 299 yards against them, and the return of Aaron Jones could significantly boost this offense. Love ranks as a lower-end QB1 but is a fine replacement for bye weeks.
He is the QB11 in our PPR consensus staff rankings.
