Greg Dulcich Still Listed As No. 2 Tight End
1 year agoDenver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich remains listed as the team's No. 2 tight end behind Adam Trautman on the first unofficial depth chart before Week 1 of the regular season against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders. Dulcich is still expected to be the team's top pass-catching tight end, but Trautman is a favorite of head coach Sean Payton from their days in New Orleans, and he could eat up some valuable offensive snaps at the position. Payton said last month that Dulcich could be used in a joker role, which suggests that the 23-year-old will be used in special packages. Dulcich got a late start to his rookie season in 2022 due to injury but showed promise as a pass-catcher. Because of Trautman's presence alone, Dulcich will enter Week 1 as more of a touchdown-dependent TE2 option for fantasy managers.
