Luis Robert Jr. Still Absent Monday
1 year agoChicago White Sox outfielder Luis Robert Jr. (quadriceps) remains out of the starting lineup on Monday against the Kansas City Royals. Oscar Colas will make another start in right field and will bat seventh against Royals left-hander Cole Ragans. Robert is missing his third straight game due to cramping in his right quadriceps muscle, but fantasy managers should continue to consider him day-to-day for now and check back on Tuesday to see if he has returned to the field. The 26-year-old Cuban is in the midst of a breaking season in 2023, so hopefully he'll be back in there soon. Robert is currently slashing .272/.324/.560 with an .884 OPS, 35 home runs, 71 RBI, 17 stolen bases and 81 runs scored in 486 at-bats.
