Kenneth Walker III Expected To See Bulk Of The Work
1 year agoAssuming Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III (groin) is ready for Week 1 of the regular season, the sense that ESPN's Dan Graziano gets is that Walker will be the starter and get the bulk of the work. Rookie Zach Charbonnet (shoulder) will also have a role, perhaps in the two-minute or four-minute offenses. Sources around the team believe Walker and Charbonnet complement each other well, and the Seahawks expect to use them in tandem to some extent. But Charbonnet could miss valuable developmental time in training camp due to his injury, and several people foresee an improvement from Walker in 2023. If Walker is ready to roll in Week 1 and can stay healthy all year, he should be a pretty nice value as an RB2 in fantasy drafts.
