1 year agoJoey Logano did not come as close to the pole as he would have liked. However, the Team Penske Ford wound up sixth in qualifying on Saturday afternoon. Logano has won at Pocono once in 2012 but that feels like a lifetime ago. He has been close several other times but none recently. The last two trips saw him start 14th and he never factored into either race finishing 20th and 10th respectively. However, the day before that 2021 race, the No. 22 car was near the front most of the day before sliding back to seventh. Logano was in the middle of the pack (17th) in his five lap interval in practice. Keep that in mind.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
