1 year agoJenson Button used his street course knowledge to his advantage on Saturday. His eighth in qualifying is not that much of a surprise. Even in the Rick Ware Racing Ford, Button carved some incredible turns and was able to shave off tenths of a second despite a visibly slower car. When it came down to the qualifying lap for the pole, Button ended up 1.136 seconds short. However, he does start Chicago outside of Row 4. The English Formula One Champion from 2009 knows his road courses and it showed on Saturday.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
