1 year agoChicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields has shown notable growth with his leadership this offseason, with left guard Teven Jenkins saying that Fields has been carrying himself "like a 10-year vet." "Just seeing how he commands that huddle and what he wants to see out of all of us, it's like a wake-up call for me to see that I need to start pushing myself to get on his level because he's demanding that sort of effort out of all of us," Jenkins said. Head coach Matt Eberflus has also seen it. The 24-year-old has also shown progress in the offensive scheme heading into his second full season as Chicago's starting QB.
