Sergei Bobrovsky Posts First Career Playoff Shutout In Game 3
2 years agoFlorida Panthers goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky stopped all 32 shots on goal in Monday's 1-0 victory against the Hurricanes in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Final. It was Bobrovsky's first career Stanley Cup Playoff shutout in 64 games, and the victory puts the Panthers on the verge of advancing to the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 1996. Bobrovsky continues to have a tremendously successful playoff run after taking over as the starter in the first-round series against the Bruins, and the veteran goaltender has posted a .935 save percentage, 2.15 goals against average, and 10 wins through 12 starts.
