Pheonix Copley Faces Blues On Sunday
2 years agoLos Angeles Kings goaltender Pheonix Copley will head out for his 23rd win of the campaign Sunday against the Blues. The Kings complete a back-to-back set and Copley will take the baton from Joonas Korpisalo, who beat Winnipeg 4-1 with 25 saves on Saturday. It will be the 11th straight game with a different starter for the Kings. Copley has done his job admirably all season, producing a 22-4-3 record, while giving up 2.61 goals per game with a .904 save percentage and one shutout. Copley and the Kings are heavy favorites for the contest, but St. Louis has gone 4-0-1 in its last five games, so things could get tricky for the hosts Sunday.
