Dallas Goedert Catches Six Passes In Super Bowl LVII
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert caught 6-of-7 passes and gained 60 yards during the team's 38-35 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII. It was the most targets the 28-year-old had seen since Week 18 of the regular season, and it was a solid showing. Goedert missed five games from Weeks 11-15 this past regular season and did not get to play with quarterback Jalen Hurts again until Week 18. Before his injury, the sixth-year tight end was one of the most reliable fantasy options at the position and should enter the 2023 offseason viewed as a top-five tight end with top-three upside. While wide receiver DeVonta Smith saw his role increase during his absence, Philadelphia is capable of supporting three top-tier pass catchers for fantasy purposes.
