Deon Jackson Finishes With 110 Total Yards In Week 18
2 years agoIndianapolis Colts running Deon Jackson finished the 2022 NFL season impressively with eight carries for 35 yards and six receptions for a team-leading 75 yards. His longest catch came in the second quarter when he and quarterback Sam Ehlinger connected on a 27-yard gain. It's the second time this season that the second-year player from Duke reached over 100 all-purpose yards. He had 42 rushing yards and 79 receiving yards in their Week 6 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Despite his effort, the Colts closed their campaign with a 32-31 defeat to the Houston Texans. Jackson closed the season with 445 yards and two touchdowns. Maintaining this level of production makes him an attractive flex option in 2023, but he'll lose snaps and touches when Jonathan Taylor returns in 2023.
