2 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Gary Payton II (ankle) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Toronto Raptors. He was originally listed as probable, but it appears he's not feeling ready to play. His absence should mean significant playing time for Anfernee Simons. He'll be a stronger fantasy option with an extended role. Keon Johnson and Shaedon Sharpe should see more minutes as well, but aren't worth looking at as streaming options.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
