Albert Okwuegbunam Re-Enters The Fantasy Picture
2 years agoDenver Broncos tight end Albert Okwuegbunam was expected to have a very big role in the offense this year after Noah Fant was shipped to the Seattle Seahawks in the Russell Wilson trade. Instead, Okwuegbunam disappeared entirely, especially when rookie Greg Dulcich (hamstring) made his debut, and he entered the Week 17 game against the Kansas City Chiefs with only seven catches for 50 yards in six games played. With Dulcich on Injured Reserve, Albert O caught three of his six targets for a team-high 45 yards and caught his first touchdown of the season in Sunday's 27-24 loss. Eric Saubert and Andrew Beck were targeted a combined five times as well, but Okwuegbunam could be a DFS sleeper worth targeting in the Week 18 season finale against the Los Angeles Chargers.
