Courtland Sutton Will Suit Up Against Chiefs
2 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton (hamstring) put in a full practice on Friday and was removed from the Week 17 injury report. He will play on Sunday against the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs. Sutton returned from a two-game absence in last week's blowout loss to the Los Angeles Rams and caught five of his seven targets for 64 yards on 79 percent of the offensive snaps. He should see more playing time in a good matchup this weekend against the Chiefs, who he did not face the first time in Week 14. But Jerry Jeudy (ankle) is expected to play despite having a questionable tag, and he has been quarterback Russell Wilson's clear top target since Sutton initially went down with a hamstring injury. With just one touchdown to his name in 2022 and in the league's lowest-scoring offense, Sutton will be a shaky WR3/flex play.
