2 years agoWashington Commanders quarterback Taylor Heinicke was benched during the fourth quarter of their loss to the San Francisco 49ers. He threw for 166 yards with two touchdowns and one interception before hitting to the sideline. Carson Wentz came in and immediately threw a touchdown, which is going to hurt Heinicke's chances of remaining the starter. It sounds like the organization plans to make a decision on their starter on Wednesday. Wentz is certainly better from a talent perspective, but is also more turnover prone. Regardless, Week 17 is going to be a must-win game for the Commanders against the Cleveland Browns.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
