Naz Reid Exits Sunday's Game Early
2 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Naz Reid had to cut a productive night short Sunday against Chicago, leaving the game with trapezius tightness. He finished with 10 points in 12 minutes of play, adding three rebounds and one steal. Reid made his second start of the campaign and scored the team's first 10 points. It's a very unfortunate turn of events for Reid, who had started to play a massive role for the team due to injuries, but he got hurt himself now and his big opportunity might be gone with that. Nathan Knight filled the center spot in the second half against the Bulls and played well, collecting 16 points in 26. He is now set to benefit from the injury situation if Reid and Rudy Gobert (ankle) remain out for the next game.
