2 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett (finger) is expected to have surgery to fix and stabilize his fractured index finger, according to a source. It's possible that Lockett only misses one game and is back for the final two games of the regular season, but a firm timetable will be available after he has surgery. Lockett officially suffered a spiral crack in his first metacarpal when he went to make a catch low on an incompletion during the final drive of the game on Thursday. As a top-10 fantasy wideout this year, losing Lockett is a big blow for the Seahawks and fantasy managers that are still in contention for a title in 2022. Because he could be back for the fantasy championship in most leagues in Week 17, hold onto Lockett for now in single-year leagues.
