Justice Hill Sees Just Five Touches Against Saints
2 years agoBaltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill wasn't heard from much in the 27-13 win over the New Orleans Saints on Monday night to close out Week 9 action. Hill carried the ball only four times for 11 yards (2.8 yards per carry) and caught his only target for an eight-yard gain. The 24-year-old had a clearer path to touches with Gus Edwards (hamstring) inactive, but Kenyan Drake and quarterback Lamar Jackson combined for 35 carries in this one, which left very little for Hill. And there was no reason for Baltimore to go away from Drake, who had 93 rushing yards and two touchdowns on his 24 carries. The Ravens are on bye in Week 10, so there's a good chance Edwards will return in Week 11, further pushing Hill down the RB depth chart.
