2 years agoThe Carolina Panthers haven't had trade talks about running back Christian McCaffrey with the Buffalo Bills or any other team this season, according to sources. The Panthers already paid most of his $8.6 million salary via a bonus. Every NFL team will be working the phones over the next few weeks, but nothing is currently in the works with McCaffrey. It's possible that changes now that Carolina has already fired head coach Matt Rhule, but for now, CMC isn't going anywhere. The 26-year-old oft-injured RB has managed to stay healthy through the first five games of 2022 and has been solid for fantasy managers, carrying the ball 72 times for 324 yards and two touchdowns while adding 26 catches (35 targets) for an additional 188 yards and a score.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
