Zach Wilson Limited With Ankle Injury
2 years agoNew York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson (ankle) will be a limited practice participant on Wednesday due to an ankle injury, according to head coach Robert Saleh. Wilson was not on the field for the early portion of practice. Wilson returned from a knee injury to make his season debut in the Week 4 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, and he went 18-for-36 for 252 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions while also catching a touchdown pass on a trick play near the goal line. The 23-year-old is now dealing with an ankle injury, but it's not expected to keep him from facing the Miami Dolphins this weekend. Wilson will once again be a low-end QB2 in superflex leagues in what will be his second start of the year in Week 5.
