Ronald Acuna Jr. Getting A Day Off
3 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. is not in the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Acuna missed three straight games with a strained quadriceps muscle last week, but this appears to be just a regular day of rest. He's played in only 22 games this year due to injury, but Acuna remains a must-start fantasy player when he's on the field, as he's hitting .284/.394/.432 with an .826 OPS, two home runs, 10 RBI, 13 runs scored and nine stolen bases in 99 plate appearances. Guillermo Heredia is getting the start in right field and is hitting eighth on Wednesday against Diamondbacks left-hander Madison Bumgarner. Heredia has gone 4-for-39 (.103) in 28 games and should be avoided in DFS.
